This policy explains how to cancel platform access, when fees are refunded, and who to contact about a medication charge. Questions: hello@pharmacyiq.co.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers fees paid to Pharmacy IQ L.L.C., an Idaho limited liability company (“PharmacyIQ”, “we”, “us”) for use of the PharmacyIQ software. Business address: 3640 W Sugarberry St, Eagle, ID 83616.
It does not cover medication. PharmacyIQ does not sell, price, dispense or take title to medication. Medication is supplied by an independent, licensed pharmacy, and any question about a medication, a shipment or a return is handled by that pharmacy under its own policy and under applicable pharmacy law.
2. What you are paying for
- Fees are for access to and use of the PharmacyIQ software.
- Amounts and billing terms are set out in your Platform Services Agreement, which you review and sign during onboarding.
3. Cancelling
- A clinic may cancel platform access at any time by writing to hello@pharmacyiq.co or through the platform.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then.
- Fees already billed for the current period are not pro-rated unless your Platform Services Agreement says otherwise.
- Cancelling platform access does not cancel a prescription already transmitted to a pharmacy. Contact the dispensing pharmacy about anything already in progress.
4. Refunds
We refund fees where:
- you were charged in error, or charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged after a valid cancellation took effect;
- an order was cancelled or rejected before it was dispensed, in which case the full charge for that order is returned;
- a failure on our side meant the platform was substantially unavailable to you for a material part of a billing period; or
- the law or your Platform Services Agreement requires it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days of approval, depending on your bank.
5. What is not refundable
- Fees for a period in which the clinic used the platform, other than as described in section 4.
- Medication once dispensed, shipping, or pharmacy charges, which are governed by the dispensing pharmacy’s own policy and by pharmacy law.
- Fees where access was terminated for breach of the Terms of Service or the Platform Services Agreement.
6. How to request a refund
Write to hello@pharmacyiq.co with the clinic name, the charge date and amount, and what happened. We acknowledge requests within two business days and aim to decide within ten business days. If we decline, we will tell you why.
7. Billing disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues are resolved faster directly, and a chargeback may suspend platform access while it is investigated.
