One dashboard for your patients, your programs, your staff and your billing — with everything you write tracked through to the pharmacy that fills it. PharmacyIQ is the software; independent, licensed pharmacies dispense and price the medication.
Each prescription is dispensed by an independent, licensed pharmacy.
Illustrative dashboard. Sample data, not real patients.
We are a SaaS company serving licensed practices. We do not compound, dispense, buy, resell, price or take title to medication — independent, state-licensed pharmacies do that, and they set their own prices.
Your license, your patient, your protocol. The platform never suggests, changes or influences what you prescribe, and your practice is the prescriber of record.
E-prescribing, license and state checks, patient records, prescription status, staff roles, reporting and billing — one dashboard, charged as a software fee. We never appear on the medication.
An independent, state-licensed 503A pharmacy or 503B outsourcing facility is the seller: it fills the prescription, sets its own price and is named on every label and shipment.
PharmacyIQ is a software company. It is not a pharmacy, a wholesaler, a distributor or a prescriber.
Patients, prescriptions, their status, staff roles and billing in a single system of record — so you can see how the practice is running without chasing faxes, spreadsheets or a pharmacy portal.
Patient-specific prescriptions written and e-signed in the dashboard, the way you already prescribe.
Every prescription is checked against your licensure and your patient’s state before it is transmitted.
Sent to an independent pharmacy licensed in your patient’s state, with status and shipment tracking in one view.
Dosing schedules, the refills you authorize, reminders and lab follow-up for multi-month care.
Every prescription, refill, consent and lab result attached to the patient, with a full audit trail.
Owners, prescribers and staff each see only what their role allows.
Run patient subscriptions on your own merchant account: schedules, retries and receipts.
Prescriptions, programs and practice revenue across every provider and state, exportable any time.

Patient-specific and e-signed from your dashboard, the way you already prescribe.
PharmacyIQ checks your licensure against your patient’s state and transmits the prescription to an independent pharmacy licensed to fill it there. We never handle, own, price or take title to the medication.
A licensed pharmacist reviews your prescription, compounds against it and ships to your patient with tracking. Timing, packaging and price are the pharmacy’s own — the platform records each step and shows it to your team.
Software has to sit correctly inside the rules you already work under. Here is exactly where the lines are, and which side of each one we are on.
We license a SaaS platform to practices that already prescribe. We are not a pharmacy, a wholesaler, a distributor, a manufacturer or a prescriber, and we hold no drug licenses because we handle no drugs.
We do not compound, dispense, purchase, resell, warehouse, ship or own any medication. The independent pharmacy is the seller and sets its own price.
Your practice pays PharmacyIQ for use of the platform. We take no markup, spread, commission or rebate on medication, and no pharmacy pays us anything per script.
You must hold a license to prescribe in the state where your patient is located. We verify that at onboarding and only open the states you are licensed in. Every prescription is written by you, for one named patient.
PharmacyIQ is a software company. It never suggests, changes or influences what you prescribe, and it has no formulary of its own to push. The dispensing pharmacist reviews your prescription exactly as they would one that arrived by fax.
Nothing here is billed to insurance, so there are no payer contracts, prior authorizations or claim audits involved, and no federal health care program is ever touched.
Not legal advice. Program and product availability vary by state and are confirmed at onboarding. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
PharmacyIQ is a SaaS platform for licensed practices. Clinics, med spas, telehealth groups and wellness practices use it to e-prescribe, send patient-specific prescriptions to independent, licensed pharmacies, and manage patients, prescription status, staff roles and billing in one place. The software is the product; the pharmacies dispense the medication and set its price.
None of those. PharmacyIQ never compounds, dispenses, purchases, resells, ships or takes title to medication, and we take no markup on it. We license software and charge for it. Everything involving the drug itself is done by independent, state-licensed pharmacies.
Licensed clinics, doctors, med spas, telehealth groups and wellness practices. We verify licensure during onboarding; once verified, your account opens for the states you are licensed in. Where a dispensing pharmacy publishes its own formulary and prices, the software displays that information as the pharmacy provides it — PharmacyIQ sets no prices and sells nothing.
Your practice pays PharmacyIQ for the software. Medication is at the dispensing pharmacy’s own price, with no markup from us. Everything is cash-pay. Your software fee schedule is confirmed once your licensure is verified.
No. PharmacyIQ does not recommend, promote, advertise or make claims about any medication, and it takes no position on what should be prescribed or for what. The software has no formulary of its own and no detailing, incentive or suggestion layer. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy or quality; what is appropriate for a patient is the treating provider’s decision alone.
No. The fee is paid by the practice to PharmacyIQ for use of software. It is never a percentage of a drug price, never a share of what the practice charges its patient, and never a payment from a pharmacy for sending it a prescription. The platform is cash-pay only: nothing is billed to a commercial insurer or to any federal health care program.
PharmacyIQ handles protected health information as a business associate of the practices it serves. A Business Associate Agreement is part of the Platform Services Agreement every practice signs, and the platform is built to the HIPAA Security Rule.
Apply in minutes. Most practices hear back within one business day. Nothing to stock, nothing to resell, no lock-in — and a real person on the phone when you need one.
