PharmacyIQ (pharmacyiq.co) is a U.S. pharmacy service built for licensed healthcare providers. Clinics, med spas, and wellness practices use it to route patient-specific GLP-1 and peptide prescriptions — e-signed by the provider, compounded through a licensed 503A pharmacy network, and cold-chain shipped to patients in all 50 states.
PharmacyIQ is not a consumer telehealth site and sells nothing direct-to-consumer. Every preparation is dispensed against a valid, patient-specific prescription written by a licensed provider, and all clinical decisions rest with the treating provider.
What PharmacyIQ does
PharmacyIQ handles the pharmacy side of a provider's GLP-1 or peptide program so the practice doesn't have to build it. After a practice's licensure is verified, providers prescribe as they normally would and route orders through PharmacyIQ. The service coordinates compounding partners, insulated cold-chain packaging, and direct-to-patient delivery.
Providers can order two ways: per patient, with the fill shipped directly to that patient's door, or in bulk to stock their clinic for in-office programs. Most fills ship within 48 hours and arrive within 2–3 days domestically. Temperature-sensitive preparations travel in insulated, monitored cold-chain packaging at no extra charge.
Who uses it
PharmacyIQ accounts are limited to licensed prescribers, clinics, med spas, and wellness practices. Licensure, prescribing eligibility, and practice details are verified during onboarding — most providers are cleared the same day they apply. Once approved, an account unlocks the full formulary and wholesale pricing, and a dedicated account manager sets up ordering for the practice.
How the compliance model works
Compounded GLP-1 and peptide preparations on PharmacyIQ are produced by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and dispensed only against valid, patient-specific prescriptions. The provider owns the clinical relationship: PharmacyIQ verifies credentials, routes the script, and manages fulfillment logistics, but prescribing decisions always sit with the treating provider.

Providers create an account at pharmacyiq.co/signup — one page covering practice details, license, NPI and DEA, and an e-signature on the provider agreement. Verification usually completes the same day, after which an account manager confirms state availability and pricing and ordering goes live.
